            Delegate Young moves to amend HB4848 HFA Steele 3-2 #1 on page 61, Section 8a, line 51, following the period by inserting a new subsection to read as follows:

“(j) During events authorized by this section, licensees may also sell promotional and other items relating to promoting their business and its products.”
